I’m Horia Grigorescu, Managing Partner of the firm. Before founding this practice, I served as CEO of one of Romania’s largest public companies, where I led a full operational and financial turnaround.

I later became Chief Legal Officer at a leading energy compnay, where I lead the team that secured state aid approval for the first BESS manufacturing facility in the region. Earlier in my career I worked at Ernst & Young and Deloitte.

That path, Big4 advisory, corporate C-suite leadership and now private practice, shapes how we work.
