Jim Mitchell

Jim Mitchell has over 30 years of work experience in construction and development. Jim started their career at Pizza Hut and YUM Brands as a Senior Construction Engineer. Jim then moved on to RARE Hospitality International as a Director of Construction and Facilities. After that, they joined BSI as a Vice President, where they worked for 14 years. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Construction and Development at Grill Concepts, Inc.
