Anna Knights

Anna Knights is a Change Management Lead at Grill'd, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Anna worked as a Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager at Mott MacDonald from 2021 to 2023, and as a Zone Manager at MECCA Brands from 2018 to 2019, where they managed a large team and fostered collaboration and improvement. They also facilitated workshops for The Reach Foundation from 2017 to 2020, delivering programs focused on emotional intelligence. Anna holds a Bachelor of Media and Communications (Public Relations) and a Diploma of Project Management, both of which they are currently pursuing.
