Peter English

Peter English has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Peter is currently serving as the Head of Finance at Grill'd Healthy Burgers. Prior to this, they worked as a Commercial Director at Workforce Analytics (Roster Right) from July 2020 to March 2021.

From 2016 to 2020, Peter was associated with Fonda Mexican, where they held multiple positions. As the General Manager and CFO, they focused on optimizing the performance of the business and set strategic and financial goals. Peter also built and led a talented finance team and implemented a new operating rhythm. Additionally, Peter served as the Financial Controller, responsible for running the finance function and successfully implementing a new finance system.

Before Fonda Mexican, Peter worked at Lion, where they held various roles such as Commercial Manager, Site Optimization Lead, and Commercial Analyst. Peter delivered value creation initiatives, served as a finance business partner, and analyzed financial data.

Peter's early career includes working at ExxonMobil as an Analyst, where they handled joint venture accounting and financial reporting. Peter also worked at Pacific Brands, serving as a Commercial Accountant and Marketing Assistant.

Peter English obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Monash University. Peter also completed a Masters of Applied Commerce in Accounting at the University of Melbourne. In addition, they earned a Diploma of Languages in Chinese from Monash University. Prior to their higher education, Peter attended Xavier College from 1995 to 2003.
