Renae Grasso is a Talent Acquisition leader with 15 years of experience across agency, RPO, and in-house environments. Currently, they serve as the Head of Talent at Grill'd, where they focus on driving recruitment strategies. Previously, Renae held various roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager at Lockheed Martin and Nando's Australia & New Zealand, and gained experience as Executive Talent Acquisition Lead at Telstra, managing high-level recruitment and strategic projects. Renae completed a Bachelor of Commerce with an Accounting major from Bond University and pursued studies at Somerville House.
