Isabel Piano holds a Master of Business Administration in Total Quality Management from Universidade Federal Fluminense and a Bachelor's in Mechatronics Engineering from Universidade Federal de Itajubá. They have over 12 years of experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, having worked for Usimeca and currently serving as the Manufacturing Manager at Grimaldi since 2021. Isabel began their career as an Engineering Intern at Usimeca, where they progressed to various managerial roles, including Engineering Manager and After-Sales Manager. Their extensive expertise includes product customization, quality control, and post-sales services, significantly enhancing productivity and operational efficiency across different teams.
