Mission 
Grimalkin Records is a trans, BIPOC, and disabled-led grassroots arts organization building equitable, accessible pathways for historically undervalued creatives—especially QTBIPOC and disabled artists. Through an artist-centered, holistic approach, we cultivate skills, resources, and collective power so artists can sustain themselves, create freely, and generate opportunities for their communities. We exist to dismantle exclusionary systems and replace them with models rooted in care, justice, and abundance because all creatives deserve to thrive.

Vision
We envision a vibrant, decentralized arts ecosystem where artists—particularly those most marginalized—are resourced, valued, and fully supported. In this future, we earn living wages, access robust healthcare, and have the tools to live healthy, fulfilling lives without sacrificing their integrity or labor to exploitative systems. From the grassroots up, Grimalkin builds collective power, transforming mainstream systems of artist extraction into a practice of care, freedom, and shared liberation.
