Joyce Ling is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the People Lead for North America at Grimshaw, responsible for overseeing HR operations across the firm’s studios in New York, Los Angeles, and Dubai since November 2021. Previously, Joyce held various human resources roles at The Museum of Modern Art from July 2007 to October 2020, advancing from Human Resources Administrator to Human Resources Generalist and ultimately to Human Resources Manager. Joyce began her career as a Recruiting Coordinator at Sirius Satellite Radio in 2007. Joyce holds a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Binghamton University.
