Laura Harrison is a registered Architect (ARB) and WELL Accredited Professional with a focus on the intersection of wellbeing and the built environment. Early in their career, they worked with the Rural Studio, U.S.A., cultivating an interest in environmentally and socially-conscious design through hands-on community projects. Harrison has since expanded their experience globally, contributing to significant architectural projects with Grimshaw in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, including the WELL Platinum Certified ‘Olderfleet’ tower. Currently, they are leading the design team for Aotea Station, a major infrastructure initiative in Aotearoa, New Zealand. Harrison holds a Master of Architecture and an Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture from Newcastle University and RIBA North West, respectively.
