Ryan Debenham has extensive work experience in various technology roles. Ryan started their career at Rio Tinto as a Senior Software Engineer from 2007 to 2012. After that, they joined Backcountry.com as an Engineering Lead in Order Fulfillment and later became an Engineering Manager in Supply Chain from 2012 to 2014. Ryan then moved on to Qualtrics, where they held progressive roles including Engineering Manager from 2014 to 2016, Senior Engineering Manager from 2016 to 2018, and Director of Engineering from 2018 to 2019. Ryan then worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Route from 2019 to 2023. Currently, Ryan is the Chief Technology Officer at GRIN.
Ryan Debenham earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business in 2007. From 2010 to 2012, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, as well as a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Utah John and Marcia Price College of Engineering.
