The company is founded by a team of ex employees from M/s Foseco India Ltd. 

It has expanded to the western region in the year 2008 by setting up multiple manufacturing units in Pune and Jalna. This unit manufactures Foundry consumables like Exothermic & Feeder Sleeves , Coal based additives, Hot Tops, Tundish boards etc.
