Thomas Fields

Thomas Fields has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to 2021. In 2016, they joined RED Labs as a member of their Startup Accelerator cohort and also served as a speaker and mentor/startup advisor. In 2017, they became a Board Member at TXRX Labs and the Founder & CEO of GRIND, which builds interactive sports products for athletes. In 2018, they joined the Engineering/Entrepreneurship Success Initiative Program at the MIT Media Lab. Finally, in 2021, they joined Techstars as the Sports Portfolio for GRIND.

Thomas Fields attended the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business from 2016 to 2018, where they studied Accounting and Business/Management before dropping out. Thomas then attended the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2018 to 2019, where they participated in the Success Initiative program.
