Sean Holbert

Sean Holbert has over 12 years of work experience in various roles. Sean started their career in 2006 as a Research Assistant at Stanford Medical Center, where they constructed and managed a massive relational database. In 2007, they were Production Manager at Stanford Concert Network, and in 2008 they were a Computer Science Course Advisor and CS106 Section Leader at Stanford University. In 2010, they began working at SurveyMonkey as an Engineering Manager and Software Engineer. In 2016, they joined Patreon as an Engineering Lead and Gixo as a Founding Engineer, where they helped architect and build mobile cross-platform solutions. In 2019, they became a Software Development Consultant at Rakuten, a Principal Engineer at Openfit, and a Fullstack Engineer (Volunteer) at Tech for Campaigns. Most recently, in 2022, they were hired as a Product Engineer at Archy.

Sean Holbert obtained a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University in 2009, with a field of study in Biocomputation. Sean then went on to obtain an MS in Computer Science from Stanford University in 2011, with a field of study in Human Computer Interaction.
