Matthew Psaltakis serves as Chief of Staff at Grindr since May 2023, following a tenure as Manager of Corporate Strategy and Planning at Homeward, where strategic initiatives led to significant EBITDA improvements. Prior experience includes consulting at Boston Consulting Group, focusing on private equity and fintech projects, and managing substantial programs such as a $200M COVID-19 relief initiative. Matthew began a career in leadership roles while studying at Claremont McKenna College, where a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics with an Economics dual major was earned, and served as Head Mentor for the Mathematics and Computer Science tutoring program.
