Matthew Preiss is a Project Manager in Business Development at Grindrod since July 2022, following a role as a Commercial Analyst at Grindrod Logistics Africa from November 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included revenue reporting and data analysis using Microsoft Power BI. Prior to that, Matthew served as an Estimator/Commercial Assistant, managing commercial inquiries and assisting clients with logistics solutions. Matthew's experience at Grindrod began in February 2015 as an Analyst in Capital Projects, focusing on growth strategy and investment management. Early career experience includes serving as a Sales Assistant at Mica Hardware from July 2007 to February 2015. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Generic Management Certificate from PMI.SA, with additional studies planned at GIBS Business School.
