David M. Bach

David M. Bach has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. David M. started their career as a Manager at The Good Provider from 1978 to 1980. In 1991, they became the Owner of BACH Personnel, an employment agency located in San Francisco's Castro neighborhood. David M. successfully ran the agency for over twelve years until 2003. Following this, they joined the San Francisco LGBT Community Center as the LGBT Workforce Program Manager, where they effectively executed job search training and coaching programs, provided career guidance, and created job search support tools. In 2012, they took on the role of Associate Organizer at the San Francisco Professional Career Network while also serving as an Operations Manager at Grio. Throughout their career, David M. Bach has demonstrated a passion for supporting individuals in their job search and career development.

David M. Bach attended Monroe Community College from 1974 to 1976, where they earned an Associates Degree in Biology. David M. later attended San Francisco State University from 1982 to 1983, but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study.
