Idan Fast

Idan Fast has a diverse and impressive work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Idan is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of Grip Security, where they lead the development of a comprehensive visibility and security solution for enterprise SaaS applications. Prior to this role, Idan worked as an Insider at YL Ventures, contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Before joining Grip Security and YL Ventures, Idan held various positions at KayHut. As the Group CTO, they managed a business unit consisting of 40 cybersecurity professionals and was responsible for researching and developing embedded software. Idan also directly managed three R&D teams comprised of 15 top-notch cybersecurity engineers and researchers. Additionally, Idan played a key role in dealing with operations and the full product life cycle of a complex embedded security software system.

Earlier in their career, Idan worked at the Israeli Intelligence Service, where they served as an Embedded Security Research Team Leader and a Security Researcher. During their time there, they gained valuable experience in leading teams and conducting security research.

Before their tenure at the Israeli Intelligence Service, Idan worked as a Penetration Tester at BUGSEC, honing their skills in identifying vulnerabilities and assessing cybersecurity defenses.
