Patrick Comer

Patrick Comer has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Patrick is currently the Founder and President of Gripnr, a role they assumed in February 2022. In the same year, they became the Chair of the Board of Directors at Cint, a global software leader in digital insights gathering. At Cint, Patrick oversees the automation of the insights gathering process to provide companies with faster access to insights on a large scale.

In March 2022, Patrick co-founded and became the Executive Producer of fresh mint fest. Prior to their current roles, Patrick was the Founder and CEO of Lucid, LLC from 2010 to 2022. Lucid was acquired by the Cint Group for $1.1 billion. Earlier in their career, Patrick served as the SVP of Business Development at OTX, a global research and consulting firm, from 2005 to 2010. During their tenure at OTX, they started the Sample Services group, which achieved revenue growth of $4 million. In 2008, they also played a key role in the merger between OTX and RSX, resulting in combined revenues of $7 million.

Before joining OTX, Patrick co-founded Sample Czar in 2004 and held the position of Co-Founder and VP of Operations. Patrick was the Director of IFILM Surveys at IFILM Corporation from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Consultant at IBM / Thornhill Partners from 2002 to 2003. In 2000, Patrick was a Partner and Director of Business Development at Instant Gravity LLC. Patrick started their career at govWorks in 1998, where they served as the Chief of Staff and Business Manager Europe. govWorks was an Application Service Provider to local governments, offering online services related to parking tickets, real-estate taxes, and municipal bills.

Patrick Comer attended Indian Springs School from 1990 to 1992. Patrick then enrolled at The University of the South from 1992 to 1996, where they pursued a double major in Theatre and Music and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Later on, from 2001 to 2003, they attended Columbia Business School, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
