In 2024, Grit emerged as part of the Pebble group with a clear focus on the modern work domain.
“Grit” is synonymous with passion and commitment to long-term objectives, persisting through setbacks and adversity with resilience. It embodies the ability to persevere through challenges, maintain determination, and overcome obstacles.

Because perfection can often hinder progress towards achieving actual improvements and added value, we offer a pragmatic approach: from the current state through intermediate state to the future state. This ensures we deliver tangible results at every phase. Additionally, co-creation is integral to our collaborative approach.
