Grit Mind Partners is a long-term investment firm focused on acquiring and scaling traditional, operations-driven businesses in Israel. We specialize in partnering with exceptional companies and transitioning them to the next stage of growth — with patience, discipline, and deep operational involvement.

Our model is built for entrepreneurs who love building from the ground up. We are hands-on, sleeves-rolled operators and investors, not financial engineers. Our approach is inspired by successful international models but thoughtfully adapted to the Israeli market through years of research, local experience, and strong values.

We are actively looking to acquire majority stakes in profitable Israeli businesses generating ₪20M–₪80M in annual revenue and demonstrating stable pre-tax profit margins of 15% or more. We are especially suited for:
* Founders looking to retire or reduce involvement
* Family businesses seeking a responsible steward
* Owners who want to grow their business with a value-aligned partner

What makes us different:
We are not just investors. We are builders. With decades of combined experience in leading, managing, and transforming businesses, our team brings operational excellence, strategic clarity, and cultural sensitivity to every partnership. Our "Operator-in-Residence" program enables exceptional leaders to run acquired companies with full backing from our capital and team.

We offer more than capital:
* Structured and aligned ownership models
* Operational support and leadership reinforcement
* Long-term thinking over short-term exits
* Respect for legacy, culture, and people

If you’re a business owner, executive, or leader who believes in hard work, long-term vision, and meaningful impact — we’d love to meet you.
