Crystal H. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Since May 2019, they have been working as a Licensed Massage Therapist at Body Mechanics Orthopedic Massage, where they provide therapeutic bodywork for soft tissue injuries and chronic issues. In addition, they have increased business income through product sales.

In 2022, Crystal joined Gritly as a Sales Development Representative Trainee.

From February 2015 to August 2016, Crystal worked at Education Dynamics as an Ad Operations Specialist. In this role, they served as a liaison between internal teams and stakeholders, managed advertising campaigns, and collaborated with the Creative Department to develop and publish site content using HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

From July 2012 to November 2014, Crystal worked at The Economist as a Network Ad Operations Executive. Their responsibilities included fostering relationships with sales teams, trafficking teams, product reps, and publishers. Crystal also handled all digital ad operations for Ideas People Media, a curated network of sites under economist.com.

Crystal H. earned an Associate's Degree in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage from the New York College of Health Professions, which they attended from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended SUNY New Paltz from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Corporate Communications. Crystal also obtained a certification in Tech Sales Career Accelerator from VerifyEd in June 2022.
