Ronen Grady

As Senior Vice President of National Operations, Ronen Grady is responsible for all facets of the company’s operation, including achievement of key performance metrics for clients, customers and employees alike. Ronen also helps to ensure that all fourteen domestic locations as well as international locations run smoothly, effectively, and efficiently. In combination with the extensive hands-on experience amassed in his 20-plus years with GRM, his unique perspective gained from having risen through the ranks makes him an invaluable asset to the company.

A prominent member of the Management Team, Ronen has improved all operational systems, processes and policies; has increased the efficiency of IT support services; and has successfully integrated several new business acquisitions. He spearheaded the development of eAccess and Tape eAccess, the client interface to GRM’s tracking system. In addition, he works very closely with industry software pioneer O’Neil to enhance their popular tracking software.
