Vicky K. is a Deputy Data Protection Officer at GRNET since 2017, where they train employees on GDPR compliance, conduct audits, and maintain records of data processing activities. They previously served as a Junior Project Manager and Administrative Assistant at GRNET, managing website content and financial data. Vicky holds a Master of Law & Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Piraeus, and has attended summer courses in French at Sorbonne Université and Hebrew at the University of Haifa.
