Ibish Gashi began their career in the hospitality industry, serving at La Place Restaurants and Restaurant Paviljoen Reeuwijkse Hout. They transitioned into financial roles as a financial employee at Schoffelstudent & Hoveniers and BAM Infra Nederland, later advancing to positions such as Assistant Controller at RCCS Waardetransport BV and Zieman Cashservice Holding NL BV.
