Monique Baan

Monique Baan is currently the Director for Children, Families, and Community at gro-up, where they oversee strategic collaborations that foster the development of children, families, and neighborhoods. With a career focused on youth care, education, and childcare, Monique previously held roles including Manager of Youth-GGZ at GGZ Delfland and Director of Education at Yulius. Monique has contributed to various multidisciplinary teams and worked on implementing significant transitions in youth care. They hold multiple master's degrees, including in Management and Organization and Developmental and Educational Psychology.
