Rosa Brouwer

Rosa Brouwer is an experienced youth worker currently employed at gro-up since July 2016, providing accessible support to young individuals in their transition to adulthood. Prior experience includes working as a stagiaire at Bendt Training & Consultancy, where responsibilities involved developing, conducting, and evaluating management training as well as creating and administering assessments. Rosa held roles as a script student at the Lectoraat Residentiële Jeugdzorg Hogeschool Leiden and as a truancy officer at ROC Leiden, where tasks included conducting truancy discussions, monitoring student absenteeism, and collaborating with educational support teams. Additionally, as an internal coordinator, Rosa supported and advised in complex issues surpassing the concerns of student counselors and educational managers. Educational qualifications include a VWO diploma from Da Vinci College and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Psychology from Hogeschool Leiden.
