Daniel Grollo has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Daniel began their career as a carpenter at Grocon in 1987 and eventually held several high-level positions within the company. From 1999 to 2014, they served as the Executive Director of the Grocon Board, overseeing various management responsibilities and ensuring compliance with legal obligations. In 2000, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Grocon, where they led the company's strategic vision and implemented sustainable building practices. In 2014, Daniel Grollo was appointed as the Executive Chairman of Grocon, responsible for the company's growth and diversification into new markets.
In addition to their work at Grocon, Grollo served as a Non-Executive Director of BlueScope Steel from 2006 to 2018, providing expertise and guidance in matters relating to the organization's operations, strategy, and risk management. Daniel also played a significant role in promoting sustainability in the property industry as the Chairman of the Green Building Council of Australia from 2006 to 2014. Grollo was also the National and Victorian President of the Property Council of Australia from 2009 to 2011, where they implemented the council's vision and strategic direction.
