In 2000, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Grocon, where they led the company's strategic vision and implemented sustainable building practices. In 2014, Daniel Grollo was appointed as the Executive Chairman of Grocon, responsible for the company's growth and diversification into new markets.

In addition to their work at Grocon, Grollo served as a Non-Executive Director of BlueScope Steel from 2006 to 2018, providing expertise and guidance in matters relating to the organization's operations, strategy, and risk management.
