Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Grocon oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from conception to completion. Comprised of the Construction Coordinator, Facade Coordinator, Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Executive Project Manager, the team ensures that projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
