Grofar offers award-winning careers service, work placement and CRM software for schools, colleges, and learning providers. Established in 2014, we are the market-leading provider of T-Level and work placement software, and we support organisations across the UK to manage their students’ careers-related education, work experience, and business engagement activities.

Grofar is committed to facilitating and driving the student careers and character development journey. Our goal is to fully equip education providers to support their students throughout their careers education. We want to ensure that every student:

•	is work-ready
•	is provided with relevant and aspirational career opportunities
•	is tracked to a meaningful destination, ensuring that no student gets left behind

Our easy-to-use and innovative software solutions encompass everything from careers programme planning and delivery, activity tracking, event organisation and feedback to work experience management, job opportunity boards, and destination data collection.

Our pioneering mobile careers passport provides tools to engage students and helps them to track careers and employability activity. It allows them to take ownership of their careers development, as well as offering access to the relevant resources, labour market information, and opportunities they need.

Grofar supports schools, colleges, and learning providers to be Ofsted-ready, meet statutory guidance, implement the Gatsby benchmarks and to drive their careers provision, work placement programmes, and business engagement activity effectively.
