Know sooner. Act faster. Prove it. The trusted decision-to-execution framework for regulated supply chains.

Agentic AI is automating supply chain decisions at speed. In regulated industries, speed without governance is not a competitive advantage. It is a compliance event.

The next phase of agentic AI adoption will not be won by autonomous agents. It will be won by whoever builds the trusted decision-to-execution framework, where the decision, the rationale behind it, and the resulting operational action remain connected throughout the workflow.

Groflex is that framework for regulated Supply Chain.

The operators we speak to are in three camps. Already compliant, actively building, or hoping it does not apply to them. The third camp is the one that gets caught.

We connect above your existing ERP and WMS to surface what is going to go wrong before it happens, route decisions to the right person before the window closes, and log every step automatically in a tamper-proof audit trail exportable for any regulator.

Built for regulated operators in food distribution, healthcare distribution, and food manufacturing. No migration. No IT project. Connected above SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor, Blue Yonder, and Manhattan Associates in hours.

Active deployments across three regulated verticals on three continents. 90-day pilot. If we cannot show measurable value in 90 days, we do not invoice for year one.

EU AI Act Article 12 takes effect August 2026. Documented decision trails for AI-assisted operations become mandatory. We are building the infrastructure.
