From the company's inception in 1984, Arthur Grogan invested in emerging technologies and revolutionized the capability of the packaging and printing industries.  Avflex, the groups first brand, reflects its own history with a combination of the initials of its first representation, its core activity in Flexographic printing. In the early 1990's, Mason Grogan was founded with the entrepreneurship of Arthur Grogan's wife  Meredyth Mason, and has expanded the group’s solutions delivery to manufacturers across the transport, defence, industrial design, footwear, heavy equipment and construction sectors.
Today under the successful stewardship of  Meredyth Grogan as C.E.O., the Grogan Group continues to proactively innovative to optimize opportunities and efficiencies for their customers success.
