Michaela then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Florida International University, completing it in 2018. In 2021, Michaela began their Master of Science - MS in Advertising at Florida International University and concurrently pursued a Master of Science - MS in Art Direction at Miami Ad School (M.AD School) until 2022.
