Saniya S is a dedicated pastry chef and culinary creator currently serving as a Pastry Chef and Chef Creator at Gronda, where they contribute to a global community of culinary professionals. As the Chef and Co-Founder of MASA in Dubai, Saniya is leading the development of a contemporary dining space that will introduce the first Bulgarian dining experience in the UAE. Saniya obtained a Level 2 Professional Diploma in Patisserie from ICCA Dubai and completed an Undergraduate Gastronomy Program at Le Cordon Bleu Australia, honing their skills under renowned chefs in Michelin-starred establishments. With a strong background in restaurant and hospitality management, Saniya is also involved in business development at Upscale Media, focusing on opportunities within the UAE's food and beverage industry.
