Groome Consulting Group is a specialized strategic firm for North Atlanta Metro service founders who have reached the "Manual Limit" of their business.

Most firms hitting the $1M revenue mark are built on the founder’s back. This creates a ceiling where growth stops and exhaustion starts. We architect the systems that move established founders ($700k–$1.5M) out of operational chaos and into the Strategic Seat of CEO.

The Methodology: Military Discipline + Academic Strategy Our approach is defined by the unique dual-vantage point of our founder, Zach Groome. We combine the operational discipline of the Marine Corps with the advanced strategic systems of a University of Georgia Master of Business and Technology (MBT).

PMP-Driven Execution We don't just "give advice." As a PMP-certified professional, Zach treats every business transition with the rigor of a high-stakes project. We deploy a disciplined, technically advanced architecture designed to remove the founder as the primary bottleneck and allow the firm to scale without their constant intervention.

Our Focus:

Operational Decoupling: Removing the owner from the "Engine Room."

The Leadership Layer: Transitioning teams from permission-seekers to decision-makers.

Strategic Technology Integration: Leveraging MBT-level insights to automate manual burdens.

The Local Standard Serving the North Atlanta Metro: Alpharetta, Milton, Roswell, Cumming, Dawsonville, Dahlonega, Marietta, Kennesaw, and Canton.
