Anders Achilles

Anders Achilles is the Founder and Chairman of Grooo, where efforts focus on transforming recruitment processes within the tech sector since April 2010. With extensive experience in the recruitment industry, Anders has also served as a Partner and Recruitment Consultant at Definite Headhunting and managed IT recruitments at Maxkompetens. Additional roles include Board Member at Mansjouren since 2023, where Anders supports counseling for men, and Commissioner of Nacka's board of education since late 2022. Anders has contributed to business development for Demando and holds a Bachelor's degree in HR from Lund University, along with a Bachelor's in Strategic Management from Stellenbosch University.
