Bobbi Wegner

Bobbi Wegner, Psy.D., is an accomplished psychologist and entrepreneur currently serving as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Groops, a company focused on enhancing team cohesion for virtual and hybrid teams. At Harvard University, Wegner is the Founder of the Startup Foundry at the Institute for Quantitative Social Sciences, facilitating the transformation of research into impactful market solutions. In addition to roles as a lecturer in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Human Development and Education, Wegner actively contributes to various initiatives including the Innovation Council at Boston College High School, and founding roles at Raiz Capital and Visible Hands, which support entrepreneurs and underrepresented founders. Wegner also holds board positions with USA for IOM and serves as a public speaker. Educational credentials include a PsyD in Clinical Health Psychology from William James College and a BS in Psychology from Trinity College-Hartford.
