Valentin Karkouz

Valentin Karkouz has been working in the software engineering and digital production industries since 2013. In that year, they began working as a Digital Producer at CLM BBDO. In 2015, they worked as a Digital Producer at BETC Digital and Co-Founder & CEO at Peekee. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Ministère des Armées in the roles of Technical Team Lead and Technical Operations Manager. In 2019, they became a Fullstack JavaScript Engineer at kzkr.dev, working with clients such as Said Differently (US), Together (UK), and ENV Studio (UK). In 2020, they took on the role of Fullstack JavaScript Mentor at OpenClassrooms. Currently, Valentin is a Senior Frontend Software Engineer at both Groover and Qonto.

Valentin Karkouz has a diverse educational background. Valentin began their educational journey with a High School Diploma from Lycée Saint Yves Sacré Cœur in Electronics Engineering. Valentin then obtained a DUT SRC, Laval Institute of Technology in Computer Science and Web Development from IUT de Laval in 2009-2011. Following this, they obtained a Master II from ISCOM in Brand and Innovation Management from 2011-2014. Most recently, they obtained a Certificate from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) in Thinking and Creating with Code in 2022-2023.
