Sina Puchinger is currently the Project Leader for Process Engineering at Molkerei Gropper GmbH & Co. KG. They previously worked as a Project Engineer at MILEI GmbH from 2019 to 2023 and as a student assistant at Print2Taste GmbH from 2016 to 2018, where they contributed to product development and 3D printing. Sina completed their Master's degree in Food Technology and Biotechnology at the Technische Universität München and holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology from Hochschule Weihenstephan-Triesdorf. They gained valuable experience as an intern in both process engineering and research at Zott SE & Co. KG and Moscow Technological University, respectively.
