Jonathan Ross is the CEO and founder of Groq, a position held since September 2016, where Jonathan also serves as CTO. Prior to Groq, Jonathan worked at X, The Moonshot Factory, from September 2015 to September 2016 as a rapid evaluator, contributing to the ideation process for Google X. Between March 2011 and September 2015, Jonathan was a hardware engineer and software engineer at Google, where Jonathan started the Tensor Processing Unit (TPU) effort and developed a distributed system testing framework. Earlier, Jonathan was the Head of Research & Development at Pacmid LLC from March 2009 to March 2011, focusing on high-frequency trading technologies. Jonathan attended New York University from 2006 to 2008.
