David Evinger

David Evinger is a partner at Grotefeld, Hoffmann, Schleiter, Gordon, Ochoa & Evinger, LLP, where they focus on catastrophe litigation involving fires, explosions, and other disasters. They represent both plaintiffs and defendants, including insurance companies, across the U.S. and internationally. Evinger has extensive experience as a former partner at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. from 1979 to 2011. They hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Jamestown College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame. Additionally, Evinger is actively involved in professional organizations, including the National Fire Protection Association and the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel.
