GrottoAI was founded on a simple belief: in life’s most important moments, humans plus AI — not AI alone — will be what wins.

And we’re starting with the journey of finding a home. As one of our customers put it, it’s the most intimate decision most of us will make.

The current process is broken and impersonal: AI chatbots that produce generic output, leasing agents who aren’t given proper sales training.

Meanwhile we know (and have the data to prove it) that the moments that truly convince someone to live somewhere are driven by rapport and relationship building. The laughs with a leasing agent while touring an apartment, or the genuine curiosity they might have about what you envision your next chapter looking like.

So, we’re fixing this by building AI that drives bottom-line impact by helping humans shine during the moments that matter most.
