Evan Fenemor has a diverse work experience in the aviation and technology industries. Evan started their career in 2013 as a Customer services representative at TracPlus, where they provided exceptional customer service and fulfilled administrative duties for the company. Evan then joined TracPlus again in 2016, this time as a Customer Services Representative, where they continued to excel in customer service and liaised with internal teams to meet customer requirements. In 2018, Evan joined Rock Seven (now Ground Control) as a Customer Support Engineer, assisting customers with technical queries and closing sales deals. Evan later transitioned to the role of Channel Account Manager, where they built positive working relationships with partners to maximize product sales. Currently, Evan is working at Ground Control as a Client Solutions Manager. Their responsibilities include connecting customers with their data through satellite networks and ensuring their various needs are met.
