Joseph Wilson

Joseph Wilson has accumulated a diverse range of work experience in the tech industry. Joseph began their career at Hutchison Technologies in 2021 as a Technical Service and Support Representative. In this role, Joseph managed and organized repair jobs for clients experiencing issues with their AV equipment, IP Phone System, or Access Control. Joseph also provided second-line call support and developed lasting relationships with clients.

In 2022, Joseph joined Sparq as an Audio Visual Technician. Joseph was responsible for building and maintaining audio visual systems for the Scottish Courts and Tribunal System, allowing for effective communication to the jury center. Joseph worked with both analogue and IP audio and visual systems.

Later in 2022, Joseph joined Streamtec Limited as a Trainee AV Engineer. During their time at the company, they gained valuable experience in the industry before moving on to their current role.

Currently, Joseph is working at Ground Control as a Support Engineer, starting in 2023. Further details about their responsibilities and accomplishments in this role are not provided.

Joseph Wilson completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Audio Engineering from UHI from 2018 to 2019. Joseph then went on to pursue a Diploma of Higher Education (DipHE) in Business Management at Abertay University, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, Joseph obtained certifications in Dante Level 2 from Audinate and PASMA from PASMA in February 2023. Joseph also obtained a First Aid certification from St Andrew's First Aid in May 2023. It is not specified when or where Joseph obtained their HSA certification.
