Tracy Bealing

Tracy Bealing, RPP, MCIP, is a Principal and Urban Planner with over 13 years of experience in urban development, land use planning, and urban design. Currently serving as Principal at ground cubed since 2022, Tracy has previously held roles at notable firms such as HOK, NORR, and AECOM, where they developed master plans and engaged in strategic planning projects. Tracy also volunteered with Cuso International in the Philippines, focusing on poverty reduction and urbanization challenges. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Calgary and a Master's Degree in Urban and Rural Planning from Dalhousie University.
