Joe Smith

Joe Smith is an experienced manufacturing leader who has been involved in Michigan manufacturing since 1997, transitioning to manufacturing management in 2008. With a core competency in quality systems and extensive training in Lean and Six Sigma, Joe has successfully overseen various production teams and projects, advocating for safety, quality, and productivity. Joe has held roles as Production Supervisor and Manager at multiple companies, while also engaging in acting, being SAG eligible and participating in several independent projects and commercials. Currently, Joe serves as the Production Manager at Ground Effects Ltd., where they guide their team towards achieving strategic and daily objectives.
