Tami Nardia is a highly experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and payroll management across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Senior Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist at Groundcover since November 2025, Tami previously held the position of Head of Accounting & Payroll Department at Elementor from May 2019 to November 2025, where responsibilities included managing a team of accountants and overseeing complex financial processes. Tami's extensive experience also includes senior accounting roles at Se-cure Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and Horizon Technologies LTD., where multi-currency accounting, financial reporting, and payroll management were key responsibilities. Tami began a career in finance at Paradigma System Ltd. and Eitan Shaar CPA Office, after obtaining a degree in Accounting and Finance as a licensed tax consultant from the College of Management in Tel Aviv.
