Sam Allen

Sam Allen is an accomplished professional in real estate and landscape design with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As the Owner Broker at Grounded since October 2014 and a Partner at Allen Properties since April 2009, Sam has focused on boutique real estate development, particularly in Sacramento's historic neighborhoods. Additionally, Sam serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Oak Park Business Association. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Grounded Real Estate, NeoTeric Design Group, and as a Land Use Planner at G. C. Wallace, Inc. Educational background includes a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of California, Davis, where Sam also served as a Teaching Assistant. Prior military service includes a position as Infantry Squad Leader in the US Army.
