Founded in 2010. Grounded is an architectural practice that strives for architectural design excellence and the highest standards in sustainable design. Grounded has projects in the USA, Singapore, and India.

A specialized division within Grounded develops boutique villas for sale in Goa. Designed and built by Grounded, each home is unique built with respect to Goa’s environment and cultural heritage.

Our design aesthetic ties the rustic-vernacular and contemporary style in perfect balance. We build buildings rooted in sound architectural principles to reconnect with nature and celebrate the simple joys of life. Fresh air, natural light, fertile soil, love and laughter: the essentials of well-being that are too often lost in the chaos of modern living.
