We provide fractional COO services, operational design, and strategic infrastructure for nonprofits, startups, and purpose-led teams ready to grow with intention.

We also steward The Sondra Project—a separate initiative offering free, AI-powered financial recovery tools for women rebuilding after addiction, incarceration, or economic hardship.

Founded by Dr. Nichol Preciado-Youngs, Grounded Resilience brings together over 15 years of operational and financial leadership, a doctorate in Business Administration specializing in Organizational Leadership, and a lived commitment to building systems that support people—not just performance.

Because purpose deserves structure.
And healing deserves access.
We believe that both people and companies thrive when clarity replaces chaos.
