Stephen Hill

Stephen Hill is the founder of C2O futureplanners, providing strategic advice on project design and practical implementation of spatial planning, development, and regeneration projects. Stephen is also a member of The Edge Debate, recipient of the RICS Lifetime Achievement Award, and the John Emmeus Davis Award for Scholarship, Mentoring, and Teaching. As an Associate & Advisory Committee Member at the Center for CLT Innovation, Stephen further supports the global development of CLTs. With a Master of Arts in Land Economics from the University of Cambridge, Stephen has a wealth of experience in promoting social impact, sustainable development, and community engagement within the built environment.
